Day 1, Thursday, January 23: WELCOME TO MONTEGO BAY

• Arrive at Resort/Room Assignments

Day 2, Friday, January 24: EMPOWERED WOMEN

• Yoga on the Beach & Reiki

• Empowerment Workshops: Morning & Afternoon Sessions

• Resort Activities: Reggae, Games, RIMBA, Challenges & So Much MORE

Day 3, Saturday, January 25: CRUISE TO NEGRIL

• Yoga on the Beach & Reiki

• Day Trip to Negril 

  • By boat, we will cruise to Negril for a full day of adventure. Explore the beautiful scenery of Jamaica as we cruise to Half Moon Beach, for an authentic Jamaican lunch before jumping back on board and head towards the popular, Rick’s Cafe in Negril. Where you will be brought back to the resort at the end of the day by bus transfer. 

  • The day trip includes: snorkeling, sightseeing, finger food, and an open Jamaican bar onboard, lunch and bustransfer.

• Evening Meditation by the Beach

Day 4, Sunday, January 26: FREEDOM TO EXPLORE

*Day trip/Cruise to Negril and bus transfer included in retreat pricing.
*Spa Treatments and indivdual off-site excursions can be booked directly with the resort and are the responsibility of the retreat attendee.

*Airfare and travel insurance are the responsibility of the retreat attendees.

**Non-Refundable Payments will reserve your space for the retreat. Room selection is on a first-come-first-serve basis and occupancy is guaranteed by way of full payment and confirmation by retreat hosts only. We understand plans may change and it's ok if they do. You can reserve your stay worry-free and the Non-Refundable Payment will be returned in the form or a retreat credit, to be used toward a future WE Evolve Retreat within the next 12 months, if you decide for any reason not to travel after the final payment has been made.
